 MEMORIAL DAY
Back to Full Blog

As I was born with physical problems I never was allowed to serve. At the time I was lucky because of Vietnam. Now as they are being honored I must stand and salute these brave young men and women. Whatever my limits are I'm sure their family would trade in a second their childs health to be as bad as mine. They would at least have been able to work, marry, have a child and retire on disability. May not be much but much more than being a memory in a families mind.
I thank all families for the sacrifice made for my freedom. May God Bless your families this day and for many more. TS
