I'm not smart just determined

People often wonder why I'm angry! Read On

Yes I to had a dream, one my sweet Mother promised me when I was a young man. "Son you are intelligent and good looking there is no reason you cannot succeed in any venture of your future." What she did not say was that as a white American with out a college education and handicapped it was going to be very hard to maintain employment.
We have all heard the speech and as thier dream came true mine faded away. Even today I ask myself what was it that I did? Being honest and compassionate always worked against me while I saw others going forward I was lucky to just have a job. The racial and sexual revolution took those of us whites at the bottom and erased any chance of success. Did I cry "foul"? No because I saw what was going on and society could care less about my losses! I was not a drunk or an abusive man but there is only so much one man can take.
Today I live quietly fighting off rude neighbors and uncaring staff while each day more of my peace is rudely ripped away. But I will not quit as to do so goes against my upbringing. So as to whose dream was dismissed, I think I have made my case! TS

 Finally!!!

I'm watching Oprah and the question of homosexuality and spirituality was last on her last segment. I'm not good with names so let me just say it was nice to hear a man of the cloth stick up for what society calls abnormal. Who are we to judge? Can we not accept each other and what they have to offer rather than to make them villians! As I am a Christian it makes me sad when others of my chosen belief make these people out to be evil. If fear is the reason than how secure are you in your belief? If possible I'm more secure in my belief than ever. TS

 WHY THE FUSS????

I'm saddened by the loss of John Travolta's son yet many children die DAILY due to abuse, neglect, illness or many other man made disasters. We as Americans lose children everyday to many of the hazards of being human yet let a celebrity lose a child and it's news.
I lost my child because as a man I have no parental rights unless I take the matter court and proof the mother is unfit.
So is there something I can do to get fair treatment hear in America? We all know the answer is NO! We are a land of the haves and have nots with the rest falling somewhere in the middle. I will pray that all can see my loss and not suffer as I have for twenty plus years. TS
