You Are The Hermit

You posses a great deal of wisdom and the ability to see people for who they are. You are always looking ahead at the future, developing visions. A loner, you tend to travel by yourself through life, seeking your own truth. You don't crave material things or fancy titles. You have no baggage. Your fortune: It's possible that there is a unknown guiding figure in your life, ready to help you. All you have to do is find this person and seek their advice. It's also possible that you need to start seeking the meaning of your own life. Either way, there's some deep thinking you need to undertake, and it needs to be done soon.

Got this after visiting the Cap'n and thought how true it is.

MONDAY: It's fun to cook for Tom. Today I made angel food cake. The recipe said beat 12 eggs separately. The neighbors were nice enough to loan me some extra bowls.

TUESDAY: Tom wanted fruit salad for supper. The recipe said serve without dressing. So I didn't dress. What a surprise when Tom brought a friend home for supper.

WEDNESDAY: A good day for rice. The recipe said wash thoroughly before steaming the rice. It seemed kind of silly but I took a bath anyway. I can't say it improved the rice any.

THURSDAY: Today Tom asked for salad again. I tried a new recipe. It said prepare ingredients, lay on a bed of lettuce one hour before serving. Tom asked me why I was rolling around in the garden.

FRIDAY: I found an easy recipe for cookies. It said put the ingredients in a bowl and beat it. There must have been something wrong with this recipe. When I got back, everything was the same as when I left.

SATURDAY: Tom did the shopping today and brought home a chicken. He asked me to dress it for Sunday (oh boy). For some reason Tom keeps counting to ten.

SUNDAY: Tom's folks came to dinner. I wanted to serve roast, but all I had was hamburger. Suddenly I had a flash of genius. I put the hamburger in the oven and set the controls for roast. It still came out hamburger, much to my disappointment.

GOOD NIGHT DEAR DIARY. This has been a very exciting week. I am eager for tomorrow to come so I can try out a new recipe on Tom.

If I can talk Tom into buying a larger oven I want to try Chocolate Moose!

He posted lyrics to a song this morning and I replied. His answer was a question, "What other things do we say to our kids that they have said to us. You know the "don't cry or I'll give you somthing to cry about" things. Need help, drop me your favorite and I will post them in order of most used.

As you can see the background in all of my blog screens has been upgraded. As Mindpower has more on her plate at this time I went to my friend Lucy. She was given a set of pictures to work with and now it's up to all of you to vote as to which you like best. Be sure to visit each blog as there are three and then vote here. It has come to my attention that the creative forces at blogstream have been invaded by imposters who are not in anyway connected. My guess is that these imposters have nothing better to do than immitate other established bloggers. As I will give anyone a chance to explain their motivation here is what I think should be anyones first blog that copies from another. Explain your choice and let us welcome you into the waters. We are not people of wealth except for our creativity. When anyone plagerizes anothers moniker let us know and if we feel you are worthy we will let you know. All I can do is block anyone who I find offends the principles of creativity. As I want to keep peace here is a good tip. Before starting your blog go to the search area and type in the name you wish to be known by. If it matches anyone let your first blog tell of who you are. If you can't do this be prepared for the fallout.
