As you can see the background in all of my blog screens has been upgraded. As Mindpower has more on her plate at this time I went to my friend Lucy. It has come to my attention that the creative forces at blogstream have been invaded by imposters who are not in anyway connected. My guess is that these imposters have nothing better to do than immitate other established bloggers. As I will give anyone a chance to explain their motivation here is what I think should be anyones first blog that copies from another. Explain your choice and let us welcome you into the waters. We are not people of wealth except for our creativity. When anyone plagerizes anothers moniker let us know and if we feel you are worthy we will let you know. All I can do is block anyone who I find offends the principles of creativity. As I want to keep peace here is a good tip. Before starting your blog go to the search area and type in the name you wish to be known by. If it matches anyone let your first blog tell of who you are. If you can't do this be prepared for the fallout.

Eat right!

Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.

Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.

Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system.

Walk for at least an hour a day,

go for a swim,

take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

Wash your hands often.
If you can't wash them,
keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.

Get lots of fresh air.
Open doors & windows whenever possible.

Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.

Get plenty of rest.

OR

Take the doctor's approach. Think about it...
When you go for a shot, what do they do first?
They Clean your arm with alcohol...
Why?
Because Alcohol KILLS GERMS.
So......

I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)
I put lime in my Corona ...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)
Tell jokes, laugh....(eliminate stress)
Then pass out. (rest)
The way I see it...

If you keep your alcohol levels up,
flu germs can't get you!

My grandmother always said,
"A shot in the glass is better than one in the ass!"

As we grow up their are many times when you will ask yourself "have I been a good child?" Then there comes a time you have your own children and the question answers itself. My Mother spent a long time on this birthday/christmas gift and it was well worth the wait. I have thought about hanging it yet thats not what it was made for. My Mother is no Martha Stewart yet she has kept a garden for as long as I can remember. As she has entered her Platinum years a few years back all I can say is that I remember her love and have counted on it more than I should. To her I say Thank You for not giving in and not giving up. I am proud of the Man you raised!
