I hate computers that freeze up! Took my blow dryer to it and still wouldn't work. Borrowed a friends and after some work I got back on line. Now there have been a few real small changes no I'm still who I am at blogstream. One change I'm going let one person in on is with my messenger. It is now dw20020@yahoo.com. All that person needs to do is answer my notification. O.K. now that I have that out of the way I have got to ask, who thinks of these virus' and for what purpose? I have a few ideas only my accusations are as preposterous as the virus them selves. I will never be able to afford good quality in the computer field so I'm at the mercy of those who are angry, feel unjustly picked on or just to smart to be creative. Yes all the computer fanciers will smile at there ability to fend off these attacks untill they are caught of balance and there information is compromised. Now what happened is unclear but you don't get a warning that this is going to happen. They or I screwed up and I have not the money or patience to deal with it so the next time I will be gone. No good bye or till next time, I will cancel my service and go gambling. abp

As I write my mind is brougt to my teaching while growing up. Do not want what your neighbor has. I don't know the scripture verse but I want it known that we all want what others have. That is the basics of our economy, he with the most toys at the end wins. I understand and there are many more of the have's than the have not.
My observations also have noticed the large number of immigrants with large bankrolls I have seen. I'm not speaking of the real big spenders, this is who I see at or in casinos today. When I was growing up Nevada was the only place in America to gamble. With the advent of Indian Gaming the resources of our state are dwindling. Yes Nevada leads in western retirement, and has been working well with that. My concern is I worked for 30 years and now live on an income below poverty level. I have been disabled all my life so why did I work? Because of the respect given me for not allowing my physical problems to intefere with the job? Society has a way of dealing with me, or us if it is politicly correct. Give him/them money and allow them to be considered a drain on societies resources. You as a parent have no idea what it's like to not have something to do. For the last fifteen years I have done just that. I use to work at a mission and the good that is given filters its way up. The better the item the faster it is grabbed a greedy worker. How did I know this, I saw it. There were times "FORGIVE ME LORD" that I grabbed. You may ask "what keeps you going"? The good lord has given me a great heart and to not be able to work has angered me. I will continue untill God sees fit. abp

I was writting one of those blog comment/comment blogs and I thought "NO" this one needs full blog privledges.
Why is it that when I am in a casino in todays world my eyes are amazed at all the senior women. They are not at the penny machines or even nickels. Quarters and up is were they are, feeding and pullin, feeding and pullin, the beat goes on. The other large contingent in casino's are those not American born. I'll cover them in another morning. Now there are the senior gentlemen who are at the tables or poker rooms only my attention is on you Grandmothers of the age when being a mother ment more than work itself. Now I am of the age when women began to assert their independance by joining the job market. Not like they did when our country needed them to. Now it's "I am woman step aside" Yes I know I sound like a petty man jealous that woman are allowed a better life by marriage. "Wait" that didn't come out right but it's the truth. I have yet to meet a man whoose marriage allowed him a better life financially. Yes I know they are out there. My own Mother lives quite well on what she earned not a man. Plus she raised three boys and a girl, none whose face you will see at the post office. Yes mother I love you but the truth must be told. In 1960 my mother married a gentleman who for at least 15 years was our father. It was his military benifits that allowed us to move into our own home. My mother was a wife of a marine who pretty much deserted her. For the next few years she struggled to make ends meet. Now what is the reason he left? I have come to believe he is or was an idiot. No my mother is not perfect but her strength is what got us through those first years. It was his military benifits that got us a house. As I look at what I've written I'm amazed at all I have hidden in my soul. abp

O K What can I say, woke up in the middle of the night and caught the last half hour of his show. What a brain and we find it funny because we have thought the same thing. His ability to put into words our knowledge and make sense doing it. I don't have a great memory and before I use my Video On Demand and watch it again I want to really thank him for putting the lite back on in our brain. For the hundreds in attendance will it change there approach to life? No, they must maintain there life the only way they know how. They are going home and telling everyone they know how great he is only will they remember his quips on society and their ills? By monday the idiot in front will not use his blinker and all thought of the show is replaced by anger or a car will not stop while you are freezing at the corner.
